Rachel McBryde utilises her understanding of the human body and applies this to the path of Yoga. With attention to a flowing and safe, breath aware practice, a peaceful goal to life’s stresses may be found.
Rachel was introduced to yoga by her mother as a teenager in the1980’s with Sharana Rao.
She has continued to develop her interest of the human body and undertaken further development with teachers such as Julie Gudmestad to further her love of anatomy and how the body moves.
Her inspirations are Kathy Norsworthy, Raquel Alves, Sarah Powers, Paul Grilley, Jo Manuel, Ruth Gilmore, Robert Munro, Shiva Rea, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli Sitaram.
